In the immediate surroundings there are many sights like the Museum of Modern Art (MMAC), the Palais Lascaris, baroque churches like the Cathédrale de Nice, the Opera or the Cap de Nice. The city is also famous for its nearby antique quarter (around the Rue Catherine Segurane), which shines in new splendour since the end of 2019.
