The apartment is only a 15 minute walk away from the port and the new in-quarter "Quartier du Port". From there you can reach all the sights, the old town or the city centre with the newly completed tram. Bus lines also connect you with the tram, the city centre or the surrounding towns. A bus stop is close to the house. The local supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and beaches are within walking distance or public transport.
Also nearby is the harbour where you can marvel at beautiful yachts. In summer there are boat connections from the harbour to Menton, Monaco, Cannes and Saint Tropez.
